2013 – Staff, CCTA Members and Board begin dialogue about establishing a Latino/Hispanic Spanish speaking focused group
2013 (October) – Concept introduced to CCTA Executive Committee
2014 (February) – CCTA EC and Board approve bylaws changes to the Association adding language focused on association “subdivisions” and their management
2014 (Summer) – Two small meetings held in the CCTA office to brain-storm the first coalition meeting
2014 (September 27, 2014) – First formal, noticed CALT meeting, Ontario City Library.
